El Plato Bandera - Three (3) enchiladas stuffed with chicken or cheese, topped with a garlic sour cream sauce, spicy green tomatillo sauce, salsa ranchera and cheese. Served with chile con queso, guacamole salad, beans and spanish rice.
Super Platillo - One (1) beef, chicken or cheese chile relleno, one (1) taco, one (1) cheese enchilada and one (1) chalupa served with spanish rice and beans
Combo Plate - One (1) crispy taco and one (1) beef or cheese enchilada served with beans and spanish rice.
Flaco Plate - Chile con queso, one (1) crispy beef taco, a guacamole salad, beans and spanish rice.
Specialty Dinners
Chimichanga - A large flour tortilla stuffed with chicken or beef fajita, pico de gallo and cheese then lightly fried and topped with salsa ranchera, sour cream, lettuce and tomatoes. Served with guacamole, beans and spanish rice.
Burrito - Large flour tortilla stuffed with ground beef and beans, topped with chili con carne and cheese. Served with spanish rice, lettuce and tomatoes.
Chicken Burrito - Large flour tortilla stuffed with chicken, poblano peppers, tomatoes, onions, rice and jack cheese. Topped with garlic sour cream sauce and served with black beans, lettuce and tomatoes.

Pollo En Ajo - Chicken breast marinated and sauteed in white win with tomatoes, onions, peppers, mushrooms, spinach and fresh ajo (garlic). Served over spanish rice with black beans and a dinner salad.
Chicken Relleno - Roasted poblano pepper stuffed with beef or chicken and cheese, topped with salsa ranchera and cheese. Served with a guacamole salad, beans and spanish rice.
Camarones Alambre - Eight (8) Jalapenos stuffed with large shrimp and cheese then bacon wrapped and grilled. Served on a bed of rice with cilantro sour cream, beans and a guacamole salad.
