Vegetarian Dinners

Mushroom and Spinach Chile Relleno - Roasted poblano pepper stuffed with mushrooms, spinach, rice and cheese then topped with salsa ranchera and cheese.  Served with a guacamole salad, beans and spanish rice.

Vegetarian Black Bean Burrito - Whole wheat torilla stuffed with black beans and spinach and topped with your choice of chipotle, garlic sour cream, verde or salsa ranchera sauce and cheese.  Served with a guacamole salad and spanish rice.

Enchilada Rico - Two (2) enchiladas stuffed with pico de gallo, topped with white cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and guacamole.  Served with black beans and spanish rice.

Spinach and Mushroom Enchiladas - Two (2) enchiladas stuffed with sauteed mushrooms and fresh spinach, topped with salsa ranchera or chipotle sauce.  Served with black beans and spanish rice.

Fresca Plate - Guacamole salad, one (1) vegetarian taco, one (1) cheese enchilada with your choice of verde, salsa ranchera or spicy chipotle sauce, served with black beans and spanish rice

Vegetarian Tacos - Two (2) large whole wheat tortillas filled with black beans, lettuce, tomatoes and white cheese.  Served with a guacamole salad.
 


 


Please note - tex-mex beans, black beans, charra beans, spanish rice, red and green sauces are made without the use of any animal fats or preservatives. 

All vegetarian dinners may be ordered without cheese or dairy products.





Sandwiches

Elmer Burger - Eight (8oz) ounce of grilled chopped sirloin served open faced on a grilled bun with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and onions.  Served with hot, fresh french fries.

Grilled Chicken Jack - Chicken breast marinated with selected herbs and grilled to perfection.  Topped with melted jack cheese, served open faced on a grilled bun with chipotle mayo, lttuce, tomatoes, pickles and onions.  Served with hot, fresh french fries.
